1. The filling equipment consists of 100 electronic filling valves, with a production capacity of 30,000 to 36,000 bottles/hour (glass bottles of 500ml). The internal structure of the filling valve is simple, the flow rate is fast, there are no dead ends for cleaning, it is easy to clean, the filling valve is opened by an electronic cylinder, and can be filled twice, which can effectively solve the foaming problem of vinegar filling. The liquid level consistency is extremely high after the liquid level correction, and only a little material is lost during the filling process due to liquid level correction. The entire filling process has a small return flow, which solves the problem of liquid material overflow and dripping very well. According to the characteristics of vinegar, the returned vinegar is collected through the return tank and returned to the filling tank for filling, which fully utilizes the material.

Traditional vinegar vacuum filling technology has difficulty in eliminating bubbles after filling, and in winter when the temperature is low, it must be heated to a certain temperature above to be filled. This time, Zhongchen Light Industry adopts a new patented design to efficiently handle the problem of bubbles in vinegar filling, with no bubbles in the bottle after filling, and no restrictions on environmental temperature. Winter room temperature filling is enough, which saves steam consumption and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
