Chongcheng Light Machinery's New PET Bottle Beer Filling and Packaging Line Successfully Signed

In the spring of the Horse Year, the season arrived earlier than usual. In the first half of 2014, Zhongcheng Light Industry Machinery successfully signed a contract with a well-known beer company in Henan Province for a PET large bottle (1L) beer production line. According to the information, the high-speed PET beer production line will be put into operation in July 2014.

In recent years, high-barrier PET beer bottles have been widely used abroad, PET bottles not only have the performance of glass beer bottles, but also are convenient, safe, easy to store and transport, and can be recycled. The conventional beer bottle type is mainly glass bottles for beer, glass bottles for beer have an advantage in product shelf life compared to other products, but if the PET bottle package takes good light-blocking design, it is also an innovation for beer product preservation and cost reduction in the end. PET beer bottles are more convenient and safe for beer lovers to carry.
     The entire high-speed PET bottle beer production line designed and manufactured by Zhongchen Light Machinery is equipped with high-standard configurations, with the most core equipment being a high-speed three-in-one filling machine for bottles that combines rinsing, filling, and capping functions. To adapt to the process conditions of beer filling, the filling tank is equipped with a special CO2 ring gas chamber and gas path, and the filling valve is opened when there is a bottle, using the CO2 gas in the gas chamber to replace the air in the empty bottle through the principle of pressure difference, solving the technical problem of plastic bottles not being able to be vacuum-drawn but still needing to ensure the oxygen content in the filling. Before the bottles enter the capping system, they go through a special foaming device to fill the bottleneck with foam, expelling the air at the mouth of the bottle to reduce the dissolved oxygen content in the beer. The filling host adopts the advanced S7-300 PLC technology of Siemens Company to realize visualization of human-machine interface, real-time display of faults, and automation of running status; ensuring stable production and reliable performance of the machine, and simple operation. The entire machine is designed with no dead ends for cleaning, fully meeting the cleaning and hygiene requirements of the beer industry.
     In recent years, Zhongchen Light Machinery has made great progress in beer filling and packaging production lines through in-depth cooperation with well-known beer groups such as Carlsberg, Yanjing Brewery, and Budweiser InBev. Glass bottle filling lines with a speed of 40,000 bottles/hour and 50,000 bottles/hour have been successfully put into operation and run by major beer giants and entered the era of electronic valve filling. The beer aluminum can line has also entered the era of electronic valve filling at the same time.
