Internship Experience

       
      I used to be a technician in the precision machining workshop, and I graduated from the Technical Engineering Department of the Artillery Academy of the People's Liberation Army in 2005. My major was mechanical engineering and automation. After graduation, I worked in a private enterprise in the field of mechanical processing technology. In October 2006, I came to Zhongchen Company and was assigned to the precision machining workshop to intern as a draftsman. A week later, I switched to grinding and gear cutting, and then to CNC machining. During the one-month internship, I gradually became familiar with the personnel, equipment, and products in the workshop, and learned a lot of production-related technical knowledge, such as the processing technology of some products, machine repair, and machine principles. For the following one-month period, the workshop established the Technical Group, which was highly valued by the company leadership. The group was provided with complete office supplies and a good working environment. I interned and worked in the Technical Group under the leadership of Zhuang Junyou, the group leader. The group's work officially started in December 2006.

     The main work of the technical team includes: the measurement and drawing of machine tool repair parts; the formulation of processing time for outsourced parts; the design of some product secondary fixtures; the handling of defective products in the workshop and the processing of related procedures; the tracking of product repairs and returns; and technical guidance in the workshop. Under the guidance of the team leader and senior technicians, my professional knowledge was consolidated and put into practice, and my work ability was trained and improved.

    During the three-month study and work, I gradually came to understand Zhongchen Company, familiarized myself with my job content and focus. Zhongchen Company has complete equipment, many job categories, and strong technical strength, with a powerful production capacity.     In March of this year, I was assigned to the Production Department as a planner. In my future work, I will work harder, learn modestly, and continuously improve my comprehensive ability in work and professional technology. I will keep in mind the corporate spirit of "loyalty, pragmatism, efficiency, and innovation" and be a qualified planner.
