Snowfall at Zhongchen | Clearing Snow to Protect Every Warm Journey, Snow “Flowers” Blossom with Heart and Craft

A snow situation is an order, and ensuring safety is a responsibility. Facing severe cold and heavy snow, the Party Committee of the company resolutely shouldered the important task of maintaining safe production and keeping operations running smoothly. Party members and cadres took the lead and charged ahead, guiding all employees to rise to the challenge of the cold and work together in unity. From in front of the office building to the production workshops, busy figures could be seen everywhere. With practical actions, they embodied the duties and mission of a central state-owned enterprise, building a warm and solid safety defense line in the biting wind and snow. This vividly demonstrated Zhongchen people's striving spirit of "undaunted by wind and snow, putting action first" and their profound commitment to "putting the people first and prioritizing safety."

In the intervals of their busy work, their enthusiasm for playing in the snow was instantly ignited! Everyone made use of what was available on the spot and started a carnival of creative snowmen. They kneaded the fluffy snow into a unique "snow rose"; shaped palm-sized little snowmen one after another, and then used their imagination to edit the photos, letting all kinds of fun designs bring this winter to life. Without delicate molds, everything depended entirely on the ingenuity of their fingertips, adding a touch of playfulness and romance to the company. Behind hardcore equipment manufacturing, there are also such gentle little moments of happiness. This is the love for life that Zhongchen people still retain amid their busy work, and it is also the most vivid expression of team cohesion.
