Zhongchen Light Machinery Co. Ltd. and Jianlibao Group have once again begun their cooperation.

In early August 2014, with the successful relocation and installation of the 72,000 cans/hour can production line at the new Xi'an plant of Jianlibao, the project team of Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery successfully completed the first phase of equipment supply, relocation, and installation and commissioning for the Xi'an plant of Jianlibao Group. 

The cooperation between Zhongchen Light Machinery and Jianlibao Group dates back to 1996, when Zhongchen Light Machinery was one of the largest domestic excellent suppliers of filling and packaging production lines for Jianlibao Group. Zhongchen Light Machinery supplied dozens of production lines to Jianlibao's factories across the country, and these equipment are still running stably in the factories today, covering carbonated beverages and hot filling beverages, etc. In 2014, on an even higher starting point, Jianlibao Group once again chose Zhongchen Light Machinery as the main supplier and entrusted it with the task of relocating, upgrading, and installing and debugging all filling and packaging production lines for the first phase of the new factory in Xi'an. Zhongchen Light Machinery's strong technical strength and unwavering commitment to serving new and old customers have laid a solid foundation for the successful cooperation of this project. With the completion of the new Xi'an Jianlibao factory, Jianlibao Group will create a brand new production base in Northwest China, helping Jianlibao Group achieve rapid development. 

There are several highlights in this project: First, Zhongchen Light Machinery undertook the upgrade, installation, and commissioning of its 72,000-cans-per-hour high-speed aluminum can production line, which is only capable of being undertaken by Zhongchen Light Machinery in China. Zhongchen Light Machinery is responsible for upgrading and replacing the original imported mixing system on the entire production line and upgrading the machine and electrical equipment and control systems of all equipment. Second, a high-end online flowmeter-type mixing machine was configured for the PET line, which is the most advanced mixing machine in the industry. The water, sugar, and CO2 measurement for the mixture are all controlled by flowmeters, and the beverage carbonation and CO2 injection precision are fully in line with the world's top technology. All production process parameters can be adjusted online, and the material loss is extremely low. Third, the project schedule is tight, and the installation and commissioning of each production line will be seamlessly connected, ensuring uninterrupted production and providing strong support for the normal production of Jianlibao Group products. 

Ten years of hard work culminated in the inauguration of the new Wahaha factory in Xi'an, which is another splendid collaboration between Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery and Wahaha Group. It will undoubtedly lead to a leapfrog development of their cooperation. In the city with a long history and culture, Xi'an, this great moment was once again witnessed, and Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery will certainly contribute its strength to the development of Wahaha Group.
