Zhongchen Light Machinery's 50,000 bottles/hour glass bottle beer filling line has settled in AB InBev.

The brewing industry is the youngest and fastest-growing sector of China's alcoholic beverage industry, and it is also the largest at present. Over the past 20 years, China's brewing industry has gradually moved from high-speed growth to stable growth. AB InBev is one of the world's leading beer manufacturers, and in recent years, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery has relied on its own strong technical, manufacturing, and service strength to not only build innovative packaging projects for AB InBev, such as electronic valve glass-plastic hybrid lines and PET plastic barrel beer lines, which have revolutionized the traditional production mode in the industry and received high praise from users; but also to shine more brightly, after the 40,000 bottles/hour glass bottle beer filling and packaging line was successfully put into operation in Suqian, AB InBev awarded Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery an order for a 50,000 bottles/hour glass bottle pure beer filling and packaging line in the first half of 2014. 

Zhongchen Light Machinery has launched three major beer production machines for Anheuser-Busch, which meet the company's strict technical requirements, optimize factory management, and take into account the specific climate conditions of the northern factory. The three machines are a deep-trough double-end washer that can meet a 24-minute ultra-long lye soaking time, an electronic pneumatic valve craft beer filling and capping machine (with a fully automatic four-barrel CIP system), and a dual-layer central heat exchanger tunnel sterilizer. 

The dual-end washing machine provided by the project has an alkali soaking time of up to 24 minutes, which can effectively overcome the situation where frozen return bottles are difficult to clean in the northern winter. The washing machine includes a pre-soaking tank, five alkali soaking tanks (including four double alkali tanks and one single alkali tank), and multiple recycling final spraying, so that the bottles have sufficient soaking, emptying, and spraying time in the machine body, greatly improving the cleanliness rate of beer glass bottles. The washing machine has particularly outstanding water-saving performance, with a new water pipe network that is equipped with pressure and flow regulation, and the best spraying hole diameter, which can be closed according to the actual bottle source demand, and ensure that the new water sprayed after the spraying is recycled four times; In terms of energy saving, the high-temperature zone tank body and pipes will adopt the most advanced thermal insulation method, reducing energy consumption while ensuring that the insulation part is not damaged during normal use and maintenance. The load bottle rack adopts a 50-row super-wide all-plastic bottle box, reducing the heat transfer and waste generated by the bottle box itself in the tank. The machine has also fully considered safety, with two large-flow explosion-proof hydrogen exhaust fans installed on the top and equipped with detection and alarm devices. All rotating parts that operators may come into contact with are designed as removable sealing devices with sensing function, and the maximum possible safety risks are reduced during operation and maintenance. In order to minimize the workload of operators for the equipment's routine inspection and maintenance, many parts are designed with fast disassembly and assembly structures, and the inlet and outlet of each pump have been realized online monitoring of pressure, flow and temperature parameters, and alarm or shutdown will be achieved if the actual values exceed the set values. For a washing machine, environmental protection is also an issue that cannot be ignored. The alkali spraying has increased the self-circulation cleaning filtration device, and the alkali solution in each tank can be independently discharged or exchanged, greatly reducing the amount of alkali solution discharged. 

The pure beer filling and capping machine is equipped with 144 electronic pneumatic filling valves. The electronic pneumatic filling valve structure eliminates the traditional mechanical valve opening and closing lever control unit and replaces all previous venting and CIP mechanical structures with electronic valve control, improving filling accuracy and reducing the occurrence of faults and the need for regular spare parts. The filling process and positions can be adjusted in real time according to the electrical program, reducing the adjustment time in different operating conditions. This technology is the advanced technology widely adopted in the international market and the most mature advanced technology in the beer and beverage industry in China. The capping head is made of stainless steel and can be cleaned directly with water when producing pure beer. All the pipelines of the filling and capping machine are designed in a central pipe station structure for easy maintenance and data detection. The clearing pipeline can recover the head and tail of the beer and is equipped with the most advanced detection instruments in the world, including beer concentration detectors, dissolved oxygen detectors, and pH detectors, to ensure product quality. The fully automatic four-barrel CIP system can clean the pure beer filling and capping machine, pipelines, and membrane filters, and the electrical program can automatically switch functions without human intervention, maximizing cleaning efficiency and quality. 

A dual-channel, double-deck central heat exchanger sterilizer with a processing area of 280 square meters, featuring 12 temperature zones, is equipped with a high-end real-time PU control system developed by Zhongcheng Light Machinery with its own intellectual property rights. The high-temperature zone of the machine adopts the most advanced insulation technology to ensure PU control while meeting the optimal energy-saving and water-saving requirements. The machine uses the latest quick-release umbrella-shaped nozzles to replace the industry's more commonly used straight-pipe spraying method, making the spraying more even and ensuring the precision of PU control. All spraying pumps use imported products, with real-time flow and pressure detection at the outlet and signal transmission to the main operation panel. The main motor has load sensing, and it will alarm or stop in case of abnormal conditions. The inlet and outlet conveyor water trays are the most difficult to clean parts of the sterilizer and are prone to microbial growth. The equipment uses a quick-release, fully accessible cleaning tray design, ensuring hygiene requirements. The machine also has a dedicated personnel and maintenance passage on the top, making maintenance particularly convenient. 

A high-end glass bottle beer filling and packaging line with a production capacity of 50,000 bottles per hour per machine, which is currently the highest-speed production line for beer enterprises in China, represents not only a quantitative leap from 40,000 to 50,000 bottles per hour, but also a qualitative breakthrough for filling and packaging equipment. The completion of this project means that Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery has firmly established itself at the forefront of the beer and beverage glass bottle filling and packaging production line manufacturing industry.
