Beer is the most popular beverage in the modern world, and since it was introduced to China in the late 19th century, its unique aroma and refreshing taste have always been loved by Chinese people.

To meet the needs of different consumers, Budweiser Special has launched high-quality, fresh, and environmentally friendly stainless steel keg beer. Stainless steel keg beer has two distinctive features: environmental protection (reusable, avoiding the generation of consumption waste) and nutritional (referred to as "beer juice" fresh beer, pure natural, no coloring, no preservatives, no added sugar, no added any flavoring, high-quality liquid with rich nutrients). During production, the best clear beer is directly injected from the production line into the fully closed, low-temperature-filled stainless steel keg, after scientific storage and transportation, completely avoiding secondary fermentation, thus stability is good, and can stimulate gastric juice secretion, enhance appetite, promote digestion and absorption, the color is particularly clear, the taste is mild, mellow, refreshing, suitable for all kinds of people. At the same time, stainless steel beer bottles also have unique advantages of safety and hygiene, it has solved the problems of beer bottle explosion and cracking completely, and in the cleaning, filling, transportation and recycling process, it is difficult to cause damage and leakage. Secondly, stainless steel bottles are durable and long-lasting, with a service life of up to 10 years, even if it reaches the end of its service life, it can be recycled and reused, truly achieving a circular economy, and can maximize the preservation of the original taste features of beer.

The 2L stainless steel bottle fresh beer production line, although a new attempt for Zhongchen Light Machinery, was completed within just 70 days from the signing of the contract to its smooth operation at AB InBev, thanks to its top-notch R&D capabilities, professional processing capabilities, first-class installation and commissioning teams, and project management. This once again proves Zhongchen Light Machinery's efficient project organization and excellent product quality.

The 2L stainless steel bottle beer production line running simultaneously in two factories of Budweiser is designed to produce high-quality fresh beer with excellent taste and meeting all the strict quality control standards of Budweiser factories. This product is the first fully automatic high-end beer production line of Anheuser-Busch InBev, integrating washing machine, bottle conveyor, CIP cleaning device, filling and capping machine, coding machine, and weighing instrument, etc. Various new technologies are applied in this production line, among which the large bottle aluminum screw capping technology independently developed by Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. has set a precedent in China and has been highly praised by customers.

This production line also fundamentally changed the traditional process of soaking and scrubbing SS buckets, greatly improving the cleanliness rate of SS buckets. In cases where EBI detection is not possible, it ensures the quality of the product. The bottle caps are made of easy-to-open aluminum caps with a blade-shaped sealing device, which is convenient for consumers to use and also reduces the amount of cleaning work required after recycling.
