The 1000ML aluminum bottle beer production line of Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery has settled in Qingbei Brewery.

A high-end beer production line for 1000ml aluminum bottles, specially developed by Zhongchen Light Industry, will be put into operation at Tsingtao Brewery in June. The 1000ml aluminum bottle products will be filled with Qingbei's flagship product, 13º Pure Brewery, which is believed to fill a gap in the domestic high-end beer market. 

The whole line host adopts a three-in-one machine technology of filling, capping, and washing bottles, with the rotating washing system specially designed for the cleaning of aluminum bottles, ensuring the cleanliness of aluminum bottles before filling. The newly designed filling system effectively solves the problem of foaming and liquid level control in aluminum bottle filling. The unique aluminum bottle capping system ensures the sealing effect, meets the post-processing sterilization sealing and pressure requirements. During the transmission of bottles, great attention is paid to the protection of the appearance of aluminum bottles, reducing the generation of scratches. 

Taking into account the fast heat transfer of aluminum bottles, the newly developed tunnel sterilizer has shortened the tank and greatly reduced the time spent in the temperature rise and fall zones. Under the premise of ensuring sterilization effect, the production energy consumption has been minimized and production costs have been saved. In addition, the sterilizer uses an enhanced engineering plastic chain net, which minimizes the wear on aluminum bottles. At the same time, the sterilizer uses a hot water circulation pipe system, which can fully utilize the thermal energy resources, saving thermal energy and water consumption, with low operating costs.
