At the beginning of the New Year, Zhongchen Light Machinery has achieved remarkable success. Of these, the project with Coca-Cola China is the second time we have worked with this domestic beverage giant, supplying the most advanced and exclusive batch commercial PET bottle electronic valve filling and containerizing combination machine, which is currently at the world's top level and the most advanced in China.

In large-scale industrial production, improving the precision of the filling level and increasing the filling temperature can save a lot of beverage loss and energy, and achieve an environmentally friendly factory. For this reason, more and more high-end customers are choosing the disruptive technology of flowmeter-based volumetric filling. In comparison to traditional mechanical valve filling machines, the filling volume of the flow meter volumetric filling machine is precisely controlled by the flow meter installed on each filling valve. The flow meter volumetric filling valve system consists of a flow meter, valve opening and closing control unit, fast and slow filling and venting control unit, and a filling valve body, etc. There is a central industrial computer that controls each step of the filling process in real time, making it easy to achieve the measurement, fast and slow filling, and segmented venting of beverages to eliminate foaming and greatly improve the accuracy of filling capacity. For example, for a 600ml bottle of Coca-Cola: the volumetric filling measurement accuracy can reach ±1.0ml; the filling temperature can be increased and energy consumption reduced by using the electronic valve volumetric filling, with the temperature of the filling improved from the traditional 4~7℃ filling to 15℃ or even 18℃ filling.

Meanwhile, the new electronic valve flowmeter filling machine adopts a circular ring tank design, which saves the washing consumption of beverages compared to traditional filling tanks. When changing varieties, there is no injection needle adjustment time for traditional mechanical valves, greatly improving the utilization of time. The new electronic valve flowmeter filling machine greatly improves the cleaning conditions, which is more conducive to the hygiene requirements of beverages. The filling system is equipped with a fully automatic CIP cleaning cup, which can solve the problem of manual hanging cups when cleaning equipment in traditional mechanical valve filling systems, greatly reducing production auxiliary time and improving production efficiency.

The flow meter type electronic valve filling machine control system adopts an advanced distributed control system (Distributed control system). It performs precise measurement and control for each filling valve. The distributed control system is a centralized and decentralized control system for production processes based on microprocessors, which monitors, operates, manages, and controls production processes in a centralized and decentralized manner. At any time, the control process and various parameters of any one filling valve can be monitored, and any one filling valve can be manually adjusted.
