On the morning of December 16, 2011, Zhongchen Light Machinery Co., Ltd. held a product promotion conference for "40,000 bottles/hour volumetric filling and multi-function filling combination machine" at the Swan Lake Hotel in the Wuxianghu Cultural and Administrative Center of Hefei City. He covered five aspects of the product: structure and principle, electrical control, comparison between volumetric valve and traditional mechanical valve, application of volumetric filling in other industries, and recent technological advancements in the beverage industry by Zhongchen in recent years. 1. The filling precision is about 4-5 times higher than that of traditional mechanical valves, reducing the consumption of syrup and saving operating costs.

2. The flowmeter accurately measures the filling volume, eliminating the need for adjusting the injection needle in traditional mechanical valves when changing varieties, greatly improving the utilization of time.
      3. For carbonated beverages, the filling temperature is greatly improved, increasing from low-temperature filling to room temperature filling (16-18℃), which can save electricity costs for refrigeration and save considerable costs for customers, while also meeting the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection.
       4. The circular ring tank is more economical than traditional filling tanks in terms of liquid consumption. At the same time, it improves cleaning conditions, which is more conducive to the hygiene requirements of beverages.
       5. The automatic CIP cleaning cup can solve the problem of manually hanging cups, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive during equipment cleaning. It greatly reduces production auxiliary time and improves production efficiency.
       6. The different types of volumetric filling machines can be universally suitable for the filling of carbonated beverages, fruit juices, and other non-carbonated beverages, water, and liquor materials.
