The company successfully signed a contract with a well-known customer for the supply of 4 UNIVERSAL FILLING LINES, with a total contract value of over $10 million. This is also the crystallization of Zhongchen Light Machinery's leading technology and strength. The latest filling technology using flow meters for precise volumetric filling (VOLUMETRIC FILLING) is adopted for the filling of various beverages, with independent control of each filling valve and control using DCS system/CPU/PLC, ensuring precise control and filling. The mixing of beverages is controlled by automatic flow meter control technology. The production line equipment uses advanced production technology, is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and is an excellent choice for the technical level of the whole line that integrates carbonated beverages, fruit juice drinks, and beer products. The filling system is equipped with 120 filling valves, with a capacity of up to 40,000 bottles per hour, which is another display of Zhongchen Light Machinery's strength, and is also the only equipment supplier in China with the ability to provide the most advanced and largest PET bottle line technology to date, which exactly answers the customer's demand of "buying the most advanced beverage equipment in China".
