The Carlsberg Coca-Cola production line project has been completed successfully.

Recently, the 28,000 bottles / hour Coca-Cola production line provided by our company, Zhongchen, to Carlsberg Malawi Bottling Plant has passed all the strict acceptance tests of Carlsberg and has officially gone into operation.

Malawi is a southeast African country that is primarily an agricultural nation, and it has been developing rapidly in recent years. With an area of 118,484 square kilometers, it mainly produces tobacco, corn, sugar, and other agricultural products. The export of agricultural products is one of the important sources of foreign exchange for the country's banks, and some of the tobacco is exported to China. In recent years, with the opening of markets, the entry of foreign capital, and the improvement of transportation and other infrastructure, the country's economy has achieved certain development. In 2010, the trade volume between China and Malawi reached 10 million US dollars for the first time, setting a historical record. The local people of Malawi are very hospitable, with the simplicity and kindness that Chinese people are known for. They are especially warm and welcoming to guests from far away. They have their own local language, and decades ago they were a British colony, so the local people can speak English almost fluently. Malawi is a country with relatively stable politics, which is one of the reasons why many companies set up factories there, and it is also a prerequisite for many Chinese businessmen from Fujian and Zhejiang to open stores and do business there.

The project manager for Carlsberg's side was a highly dedicated and experienced engineer with extensive practical experience. He was always present on site and worked alongside us throughout the installation and commissioning process. We also sent our most outstanding installation and commissioning team to work alongside Carlsberg. Thanks to the joint efforts of both sides, the installation and commissioning quality was highly appreciated by Carlsberg's senior management and praised by The Coca-Cola Company.

Our equipment supplied by Zhongchen Company has won the satisfaction of customers with its advanced design, solid quality, and perfect training. Customers compared our filling machine with the European equipment they purchased and pointed out that our filling machine has beautiful appearance, simple structure, and the roof-style cleaning table board greatly improves the sanitation in the filling area. The optimized design of the bottle-holding cylinder makes it difficult for broken glass bottle chips to enter the cylinder and get damaged. The washing machine has a smooth flow of bottles, a small breakage rate, and a small consumption of caustic soda, thus saving costs for customers and washing the bottles clean and dry inside. The suspended work platform and multiple safety railings make operation convenient and reliable. The loading and unloading box machine uses servo loading and unloading technology, which is both beautiful and noise-free, making it easy for operators and maintenance personnel to operate and maintain the equipment. The loading and unloading box machine uses an upper and lower sliding safety guard door, which is both beautiful and practical. The layout of the conveyor system and the public utility engineering pipeline and electrical bridge rack system is beautiful and standardized. Our on-site engineers taught the operation and maintenance personnel of Carlsberg Bottling Plant the operation and maintenance methods of the equipment with enthusiasm and patience, and guided them hands-on, so that the operation and maintenance personnel quickly became proficient in operating and maintaining the equipment. Ultimately, all the acceptance tests were independently completed by Carlsberg personnel.

Through this overseas installation and commissioning, our company has established a deep friendship with Carlsberg Bottling Plant. In a foreign land, with my heart divided between two places, soon, as the general contractor, Zhongcheng Light Machinery Co., Ltd. will once again open the curtain for the installation and commissioning of the 40,000BPH beer/beverage combination production line for Carlsberg bottling plant.
